Gazipur Palli Vidyut Samiti 1 AGM Md. Riyad Qayyum said, "Legal measures will be taken regarding AKS Hospital through discussions with senior officials, but if the Environment Department informs us officially, then we will take more quick measures."

Nayan Mia, Deputy Director of Environment Department Gazipur said, "No hospital or industrial establishment has the opportunity to start establishment activities without location clearance and there is no opportunity to start service activities or production without environmental clearance. Action will be taken against AKS Hospital due to illegal establishment.
